• Connection between Seekers and Developers

Important Note: INeedApp.io is a platform for expressing funding intentions and gathering interest. We do not process actual payments or financial transactions. All funding amounts displayed represent user intentions only.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 User Modes

Users can operate in two modes: Seeker mode or Developer mode. You may switch between modes at any time, but certain features are specific to each mode.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Platform's operation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Collect or store personal data about other users without permission

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant INeedApp.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

5.2 Prohibited Content

Content must not contain:

• Illegal or harmful material
• Offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Spam or misleading information
• Intellectual property violations

6. Funding and Commitments

No Financial Transactions: INeedApp.io does not process payments or handle financial transactions. All funding amounts shown on the Platform represent user intentions and interests only. They are not binding financial commitments.

Users expressing funding interest understand that:

• Funding expressions are non-binding intentions only
• No actual payment is required or processed through the Platform
• Developers and Seekers must arrange any actual transactions independently
• INeedApp.io is not responsible for any financial agreements between users

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by INeedApp.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Ideas and needs posted on the Platform are visible to all users. We cannot guarantee confidentiality of any ideas shared on the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Platform Role

• The ability of Developers to deliver applications
• The ability of Seekers to pay for applications
• Disputes between users

9.2 No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Platform.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INeedApp.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INeedApp.io, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
